The Winter fair for the Soong Ching Ling School which was hosted by the International department and its sponsors in October.
Fortunately the October of 2019 was graced with beautiful sunshine following the chill of the early morning. We went from coats, scarves to t-shirts- so typical for Shanghai at this time of year.
The Fair was by invitation for school members, their selected friends and family members.
There were lots of kids friendly events such as face-painting, interactive Kungfu demonstrations. There were also other interesting things such as a snowboarding- simulator, mini-golf & children friendly rides.
There was an array of food options including barbeque shrimps, eels as well as fish and chips!
The children enjoyed themselves thoroughly! It was a great opportunity to mingle with different families and to enjoy the large grounds at the school on the a non-school day.
